Affordable Housing

Danny has always had a passion for ensuring every resident in Volusia can have the ability to afford housing, it’s imperative that we develop comprehensive strategies to make this possible, including work with developers to ensure structures are affordable and efficiently developed.

Local Municipal Support
As the county of Volusia we have a fiduciary responsibility to work with other municipalities  and local governments to ensure all residents have fair and equal access to both governments. As the county it’s imperative that we work with our municipal partners for items such as, essential services, road maintenance, and eco system management. These relationship are critical to the county of Volusia being able to function as a level acceptable to the residents and guest of Volusia.

A Balanced Quality of Life
Danny is committed to fighting to treasure our communities.  The land, the water, and the beaches are some of Volusia County's greatest cultural and economic assets.   We must conserve, maintain, and restore the natural environment and provide access for the enjoyment and education of the public.  We need to develop modes of transportation for all walks of life but also ensure that when guest arrive here, the experience we offer is memorable and at the highest standards.
